2024 Overdose Awareness Day

This will be the 9th year that Max's Mission and our many community partners will gather to remember those we have lost to overdose, train and distribute free naloxone and provide an opportunity to connect to the many services available in Southern Oregon. Last year businesses and organizations throughout Jackson and Josephine Counties were invited to display purple lights (the international color for the event). Recovery centers, coffee shops, restaurants, banks, community justice, jails and police departments all joined us - lighting up our community in remembrance of loved ones lost to overdose.
